Slideshow Creator will not run on Linux Mint-7 (Jaunty). Anyone have any suggestions on how to get this running? The deb file says dependency error for gambas-runtime. When I search the repositories, gambas2 is available. I installed gambas2 and still no luck.

Alright, Jahshaka is dead, it's now being developed as <a href="http://www.cinefx.org/cinefx/"title="CineFX". Besides that, I don't think there's anyone that actually got Jahshaka running.
KdenKive has evolved quite a bit from the ancient screenshot you're posting here.
Vivia also seems to be dead considering their latest news is from more than two years ago.
Also don't forget the very useful <a href="http://handbrake.fr/" title="Handbrake" rel="nofollow"> which now has a linux GUI.</a>
