It has finally hit the web but this time round it’s already too late and Hotz has a reason to finally give in and release his version before the dev team would because according to him they were delaying the release for no obvious reason.

The application is currently Windows (excluding Windows 7) and you must have iPhone 3GS with 3.0 firmware installed and the Latest iTunes

Even though it just jailbreaks and not unlock your iPhone which mean you have to stick with AT&T but you will be able to download and install third party apps which are not authorized by Apple or AT&T.

Update: Purplera1n now has Vista, Windows 7 64-bit support.
