I'm using Outlook 2007 on WinXP. I tried this procedure, but it didn't work for me. At first it appeared that my iPhone was syncing with Outlook, but somehow not reflecting updates I made via Outlook. After troubleshooting a bit, I tried resetting the sync history in iTunes and selecting "replace info on this iPhone". The next sync caused all the Contacts on my iPhone to disappear. Any ideas?

Other forums have reported that iTunes is only able to sync Outlook Contacts when they reside in the PST file, which is not the case when they reside in Windows Live and are accessed via Outlook Connector.
