Sitting in a meeting or anywhere else and do not want to attend a call? We simply cancel it or ignore it but sometimes we also want to send an SMS to convey the message that you cannot receive the call at the moment. With iPhone 4, this feature comes built-in.
But not all calls that you reject will be sent a customized SMS, just the calls th
at you cancel in a specific way. So how do you send an automatic SMS to a caller whose call you’ve just cancelled? Simply by
clicking the power button twice, a menu will appear mentioning which message template to use for composing an automatic reply SMS.
The SMS templates can be edited by going into the
iPhone 4 –> Settings. Also note that this feature is only available in iPhone 4. You cannot use it even if you have iOS 4 running on a previous iPhone.
