Is this another mystery? Or maybe just a place where Google does the inter%tagsnal testing? God know what it is but it’s right up there on the Google root domain and it’s working. Is this credible enough? Seems like it was left unplugged and now anyone can access it and try to decipher the purpose of this page. The page definitely looks like it’s still in the development phase and the extension ‘ie’ which is also commonly used to Internet Explorer makes it all the more strange!

This is what the search page looks like:%tags

You could have easily brushed it aside because it looks like just another webpage with pathetic design and no simply no aesthetics using Google Custom Search functionality BUT did you notice the URL? This page is located at google.com/ie which means it all the more interesting!

And what could be more stranger? See the Search Results page that it returns when I tried searching:
%tags

What could this possibly be? I compared the results of this page with the results on normal Google search for the same query and they were no where related! It seems like it IS some testing page which Googlers possibly use but why is it so accessible?

You can see it for yourself here

Update 1:

The page is not Google Ireland as some are suggesting. Google Ireland page is located at: google.com.ie and not google.com/ie
