I am noting that the search results are the same. Only one is the strange page is the titles only without the meta description under the link. Besides that they are the same results.

I agree with “Name”'s idea- it does look similar to google mobile. maybe google mobile for internet explorer mobile?

Ofcourse its showing Rank.1 on compete but not on the link you have posted.Still this is really interesting,let's see what explanation Google come up with.
