Note: I don’t usually write about tech politics but this was way too compelling for me.

IBM has always been like that and that’s the reason I am not surprised when they a%tagsppealed that Jhonson who has worked with IBM for 27 long years and looked over most of   company’s mergers and acquisitions strategy but hence possess too much for him to move to the rival Dell which hired him in May.

IBM requires that all her executives sign a noncompetition agreement which bars them from switching over to a rival company but Jhonson %tagsclaims that he never signed one.

Microsoft should learn something from IBM.

Earlier in June IBM won a ruling which allowed limited work for Jhonson at Dell barring him from disclosing any secrets (Who knows he hasn’t and why shouldn’t he?) and also keep a log of his activities that should be readily available to IBM’s lawyers on request, huh? IBM is more loke buying executives rather then hiring them!
