You can easily move or uninstall third party applications. However, you will not find any default option to play with native Windows apps such as Camera, Calendar, or Calculator application. You have to work around manually to customize the Start Menu with less clutter of apps.

You need to find shortcuts of all apps listed under Application Shortcuts directory in Windows. Make sure that you have enabled displaying hidden files and folders in File Explorer. The folder will show you all the installed applications.

Create a new folder in the Apps Shortcut directory and name it as Apps. Move all apps that you don’t want to see on your Start Menu in that folder. You must restart your PC for changes to take effect. You will notice that the app shortcuts, you moved in another folder, no longer exist in Start Menu.

Now, you will learn how to add your desired apps in All Apps section in Start Menu. Open the folder File Explorer in Windows->Start Menu->Programs.  You need to right-click there and select New->Shortcut from there. The target of the shortcut starts with explorer.exe shell:Appsfolder\ every time and ends with !App. The middle part is taken from the apps folder name under Application Shortcuts. You can easily paste the full folder name most of the times.

In this way, you can effortlessly move, edit, or remove all apps from Windows 10 Start Menu and customize the looks as you desire.
